Association in Church Ministries are formed for the purpose of:
Fellowship of culturally/ Linguistically related people,
Spiritual edification and Bible Teaching,
Inspiration and challenge for the evangelization of their group,
Encouraging and developing workers for home and overseas ministries,
Participation with districts in all areas of ministry as described in the Uniform Constitution for Districts with special concern for members of their group and,
Representation to the districts of the concern of the association for church planting and worker recruitment among the people of the cultural/linguistic group.

The Vision of the Alliance SE District:
The district vision is to see our churches rally together around five key areas: Spiritual Formation of existing leaders, Strategic Development of new leaders, Church Revitalization, Church Multiplication, Global Mobilization and
· Spiritual Formation of existing leaders – Working through small group cohorts the district’s goal is provide a healthy environment where our pastors/leaders can grow in personal, spiritual formation.
· Leadership Development – the district’s desire is to create communities for growth where younger/new leaders can be formed here so that they grow here and then stay here for ministry.
· Revitalization – Also known as Church Advance, the goal of Revitalization is to intentionally effort to create sustainable congregational vibrancy that equips the church to participate in God’s mission (in their community and around the world).
· Multiplication – The forming of new churches throughout the district to facilitate the spread of the gospel throughout Florida.
· Mobilization – The goal of mobilization is to form partnerships between ASE churches with Alliance teams around the world and to provide pathways of development for those called to oversees ministry.

2. Unity in Diversity: Reflecting the diverse body of Christ, fostering unity within the Haitian Association by appreciating and celebrating our unique strengths and backgrounds.

Values:
1. Integrity: Upholding honesty, transparency, and moral soundness in all our interactions, ensuring that our actions align with our Christian beliefs.
2. Community: Nurturing a sense of fellowship and interconnectedness within the Haitian Association, emphasizing the importance of supporting and uplifting one another.
3. Faithfulness: Staying steadfast in our commitment to God's Word and His calling, even in the face of challenges, trusting in His faithfulness.
Our Mission
1. Evangelism and Discipleship: Sharing the Gospel message and making disciples, actively engaging in outreach efforts to bring others into a relationship with Jesus Christ.
2. Social Justice: Advocating for justice, equality, and care for the marginalized, reflecting Christ's concern for the oppressed and vulnerable.
3. Global Missions: Supporting and participating in missionary endeavors, both locally and globally, to fulfill the Great Commission and spread the love of Christ beyond our immediate community.
By aligning with these biblical principles, values, and mission, the Haitian Association can strengthen its connection to the Christian and Missionary Alliance and contribute to the broader mission of sharing God's love and grace.
